What are your hours and how fast can you respond to a wasp or rodent emergency?

Our regular hours are Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–6:00 PM and Sat 8:00 AM–1:00 PM; we maintain a 24/7 on-call line for active stinging insect and rodent emergencies. For dangerous nests or aggressive rodent activity we aim for same-day or next-available response, and we’ll triage calls to protect people and pets first.
