What does the Perimeter & Foundation (Quarterly) service include?

The quarterly plan focuses on exterior barrier treatments around foundations, windows, doors and eaves, plus cobweb removal, glue-board monitoring in garages/crawlspaces, and a short ingress-point checklist. Technicians inspect for moisture, wood-to-soil contact, and active harborage, and interior treatments are available on request or for active infestations. We also include a seasonal tick and stink-bug check during fall migration.
