What does the Premium (monthly interior + exterior) plan include?

Our Premium plan includes a monthly exterior barrier plus targeted interior crack-and-crevice treatments, baseboard checks, garage and crawlspace inspections, bait station monitoring for ants/roaches, and unlimited no-charge callbacks between visits. It’s designed for properties with higher humidity, wooded edges or rental turnover—common here in Asheville.
