What does the termite bond cover and is it transferable if I sell my house?

Our Termite Defense & Bond includes annual monitoring, digital inspection reports, and a damage-repair warranty up to $250,000 while the bond is active. Bonds can often be transferred to a new owner with an inspection and administrative processing; terms and any prorated fees depend on the contract and must be reviewed during closing. As always, any active or previous damage is documented in the inspection report and handled per the bond terms.
